Service & Warranty

Connexus Communications Ltd customers enjoy a very high level of after sales service and customer support.

All systems are supplied with a one year warranty from the date of commissioning.

The warranty includes:

•  Site visits 9am to 5.00pm , Monday to Friday (except public holidays)

•  Labour and materials

•  Telephone support 5 days a week

•  Repair of faulty equipment at workshop

•  Out of hours service calls by prior arrangement

A PRIORITY MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT is available after the warranty period has expired.

We strongly recommend that customers avail of this facility.

The maintenance agreement offers customers the following benefits:

•  On-Site Maintenance of all fixed equipment

•  Repair and return of faulty portable devices and equipment in our service workshop

•  Nationwide support

•  Telephone help support 5 days a week

•  Response times in line with maintenance agreement service level

•  Preventative Maintenance Inspection during the year by arrangement

•  Parts and labour costs included

•  Weekend on-site & telephone support response available with higher levels of service agreement

•  Provision of technical training to enable first line response by customers

•  Nominated sales and technical support team

•  Remote diagnostics capability

We also offer customized service agreements to meet specific customer needs.
